User Management
Add team members and assign roles

Navigate to User Management

Click User Management in the sidebar under Administration.

Add a New User

Click the + Add User button and fill in:

NameJohn Smith
RoleManager, Regional Director, or Admin
TitleSales Manager
RegionEAST, WEST, CENTRAL, SOUTH

Edit - Update user details Login As - View their dashboard Delete - Remove user

Create a New Week

Go to Manage Weeks → Click + Create New Week

Set Week Details

Start DateBeginning of the week
End DateEnd of the week
Due Date & TimeWhen reports are due

Week Status

Open - Accepting reportsClosed - No new submissions

Use Edit to change dates or status, Delete to remove a week.

Login As (Impersonation)
View the app as any user for support

Tip: Use this feature to troubleshoot issues or see exactly what a user sees on their dashboard.

Go to User Management and click Login As next to any user

An orange banner will show you're viewing as that user

Click Return to Admin to switch back
